I don’t operate on day rates or projects.
I work alongside a small number of organisations on a monthly basis, providing ongoing support as situations evolve.

A regular thinking partner for leaders navigating complexity, growth and change.
BACKGROUND
I’ve spent over 25 years working in agencies and digital businesses.
Most recently as Managing Director of Evo Agency, where I’ve led teams through growth, challenge and change.
Before that, I founded, ran and exited my own agency between 2010 and 2020. Earlier in my career, I worked in the creative industry with global brands, building a broad base of commercial and operational experience.
I’m often described as someone who can step into complexity and make it clearer.
