I usually work with a small number of organisations on a retained monthly basis.
That can take one of two forms:
Fractional leadership
A closer role inside the business, helping stabilise, strengthen and support the leadership team.
Strategic advisory
An ongoing relationship with a founder or senior team, acting as a sounding board and trusted external perspective.
I’m not there to add noise, theory or process for its own sake. I'm there to help make things clearer and easier to move through.
