My role is to help make sense of what’s going on, bring clarity to decisions, and support the business in moving forward.
Where I’m Most Useful
I tend to get involved in situations like:
A business has grown, but the structure hasn’t kept up
Leadership teams are under pressure or slightly out of alignment
Growth is creating operational strain
The business feels more complicated than it should
Important decisions need to be made, but the path isn’t obvious
These aren’t usually problems that can be solved with a single answer.
They require judgement, perspective, and steady progress.
How I Work
I don’t operate on projects or day rates.
I work alongside a small number of organisations on a monthly basis, providing ongoing support as situations evolve.
That relationship might involve:
Regular conversations with founders or leadership teams
Acting as a sounding board on key decisions
Helping prioritise and simplify complex situations
Supporting change as it happens, rather than after the fact
Sometimes I’m closer to the business. Sometimes more in the background.
The shape of the work depends on what’s needed.
