I’ve spent more than 25 years in agencies and digital businesses, often in roles where things needed to be understood, stabilised or improved.
Most recently, I was Managing Director of Evo Agency, helping lead the business through challenge, change and growth.
Before that, I founded, ran and exited my own agency between 2010 and 2020.
Earlier in my career, I worked in the creative industry with brands including Clarks, Dyson, Pepsi and Katy Perry. That experience still shapes how I think about ideas, people, standards and the relationship between creativity and commercial reality.
Over time, my focus shifted more clearly towards leadership, problem solving and advisory work.
I’m not a specialist in one narrow discipline. My strength is understanding how the commercial, operational and human parts of a business interact - especially under pressure - and helping bring those things into better alignment.
I’m often most useful when:
A business has outgrown the way it currently operates
Leadership teams are under pressure or not fully aligned
The path forward is not obvious
There is a need to simplify, prioritise and move forward with clarity
